Members of Mason Greenwood’s entourage have allegedly threatened a cameraman who was filming the 21-year-old training – something that he’s been seen doing many times recently. The cameraman uploaded a video to his YouTube channel claiming that he was “threatened with violence” by members of the player’s camp.

Report Comes as Player Awaits Crucial Decision on His Future
The allegations of threatening behaviour by the player’s camp have come as the youngster awaits the result of United’s internal investigation into his alleged attempted rape and assault of his then-girlfriend, Harriet Robson. The club are expected to announce their decision on the player’s future before their opening Premier League match against Wolves on August 14th.
Whilst charges against the player were dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service, many have called for the removal of the player from the club following now-deleted videos of his alleged abuse and violence, which were widely shared on social media.
A decision on his future will be made soon by the club, who will decide whether to keep him in the squad, send him to another club (permanently or on loan), or terminate his contract. With the player already returning to training, albeit alone, it appears that he may be priming himself for a revival of his football career.

Cameraman Raises Serious Allegations Against Mason Greenwood’s Entourage
The forward’s return to training is already proving challenging, with allegations now levelled at his camp for threatening a cameraman who filmed the player for his YouTube channel. Quoting the member of Greenwood’s group that allegedly threatened him, he said that he was told: “if we weren’t surrounded by witnesses, we would rip that camera out of your hand and destroy your equipment”.
The person responsible for the reported threats appeared to be under the impression that the footage would be sold to The Sun newspaper. The alleged victim denied having that intention and told viewers that he would never sell the footage to their organisation due to his personal beliefs about the conduct of the tabloid paper.
In the video, the cameraman further claims that Greenwood’s camp made no attempts to ascertain who he was or why he was filming the player. He went on to state that he was in a publicly accessible area and that any other member of the public could have seen or recorded the session.
