Paris Saint-Germain have decided to leave the French international out of their preseason tour due to the club’s belief Mbappe wants to see out the remainder of his contract and join Real Madrid on a free transfer next summer. The Future for Mbappe and Interest From Saudi Arabia
Mbappe signed a two-year extension last summer that included an option to keep the Frenchman in Paris for the 2024/25 season. This extension is only viable if Mbappe triggers it, the French giants have set a deadline for July 31 this year.
According to a report from The Athletic, Mbappe informed the French champions last month that he will not be extending his stay beyond the 2023/24 campaign. Hawkins also mentions in his update that despite Chelsea not making an offer at this time, Al-Hilal are prepared to offer Mbappe £346 million over two years, with a transfer fee of £173 million for the French club.
