The report from Jacobs states that Vlahovic is open to the possibility of leaving Juventus, with Chelsea and Manchester United both in the market for a new striker, after both teams have struggled for goals this season. Julien Laurens from ESPN has also reported on Chelsea’s interest in the Serbian by stating the Stamford Bridge club have made Vlahovic their No. 1 target for the summer and submitted a £69 million offer for the Juventus striker.

Vlahovic at 23 years old and a proven goalscorer – would provide a viable long-term option for Chelsea and Manchester United. The ESPN report also states that Vlahovic is unhappy in Turin, and Chelsea have sensed an opportunity to sign the Serbian international previously described as a “monster.” Mauricio Pochettino is expected to take over at Chelsea and has reportedly been informed by the Stamford Bridge hierarchy that a top No. 9 would be signed this summer.
