Absences
Key defender Reece James has been shut down for the season after dealing with issues for most of the season. He is joined on the sidelines by Mason Mount who hasn’t played much since January. Kalidou Koulibaly is also absent after sustaining an injury against Real Madrid that once again disrupts the first-choice back three.

Possible Formation
It would appear that Lampard is sticking with the 3-5-2/3-5-1-1 formation which Bruno Saltor brought in. The front two of Sterling and Gallagher is a strange choice but they will definitely provide some energy when going forward.

The back line looks to be Fofana, Silva, Chalobah as the back three with a returning Azpilicueta and Chilwell in the wing-back spots. The midfield three remains the same as it has been since Kante’s return from injury as they are undoubtedly the most consistent members of the team right now.
