Grimsby Town have announced the signings of Joe Adams, Jake Eastwood and Joe Bunney.
Adams arrives on loan from Brentford for the rest of the season, Bunney joins from National League side Hartlepool United and goalkeeper Eastwood arrives on loan from Sheffield United having spent the first half of the season playing in the Scottish Premiership with Kilmarnock.
The trio’s arrival takes Grimsby’s deadline day signings to four after Lenell John-Lewis returned to the club. Paul Hurst’s total of new signings stands at nine as he desperately tries to ignite their season.

Adams Arrives on Loan from Brentford
Versatile midfielder Adams is one Brentford think highly of. He is a talented player who is set for his first loan spell away from the Championship side.
He started his career at Bury before joining the Bees in 2019. Since his move, he has been a regular for the youth teams and now is set for his first taste of EFL action.
A move to Grimsby offers game time and a chance to enhance his football education. He joins a mighty relegation battle in League Two with Paul Hurst yet to win since returning to the club.
Speaking to the Grimsby website about his move, Adams said: “I am looking forward to getting back to playing men’s football again. It’s going good at Brentford with the B team set up and reserve situation playing all sorts of games so it’s good, but I am happy they’ve given me the chance to come on loan to the league.
“My manager has said it’s a good opportunity to come here and come out on loan, he wants the best for me and hopefully, I can maybe go back and get in the first team at Brentford, that’s the goal.”
Along With Adams, Grimsby Also Confirm Signing of Joe Bunney
As well as announcing Joe Adams, Grimsby have also signed experienced full-back Joe Bunney. The defender arrives after spending the first half of the season at Hartlepool United.
Bunney had spells at Rochdale and Bolton Wanderers in his career and now is ready to make his return to the EFL.
Both Adams and Bunney could make their debuts against Newport County this weekend.
Jake Eastwood Completes The Trio of New Arrivals
Sheffield United goalkeeper Jake Eastwood has also signed up for the Mariners. He will compete with veteran James McKeown for the number one spot.
He spent the first half of the campaign in Scotland playing for Kilmarnock before being recalled.
Again like Adams and Bunney, he could be involved against Newport County.
