Reading goalkeeper Jokull Andresson has rejoined Exeter City on loan for the remainder of the season.
Andresson made nine appearances earlier this season for the Grecians on an emergency loan deal.
He will now spend the remainder of the season at St James’ Park, arriving as Exeter’s second signing in this transfer window

Andresson Returns for a Second Spell
The Icelandic goalkeeper is no stranger to the Devon side. He spent some of this campaign on loan at the club when Exeter had both senior goalkeepers missing through injury.
Andresson returns on a deal until the end of the season, replacing Lewis Ward who left for Portsmouth yesterday. He will compete with Jonny Maxted for the number spot in the Grecians side.
Speaking to the Exeter City website about Andresson’s return, manager Matt Taylor said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Jökull back to the club and he is a player we know well.
“We tried to get him earlier in the month but we were made to wait. He effected us positively the first time round and it’s absolutely great that he’s back.”
Andresson is straight into the squad for tomorrow’s game against promotion rivals Carlisle United.
Andresson Thrilled to be Back
Speaking about his return, Andresson said: “It feels great to be back. It’s the club that started off my professional career and it’s an honour to be back. The club, staff, everyone has done so much for me so it’s great to return.
“Tuesday night was crazy, such a small world. The two games I get with Morecambe one had to be Exeter at St James Park. It was lovely to see everyone. I promise you it was nothing personal – all business!
“It’s a long season ahead. Personally, I’ve got to make sure I’m focussed now. I’m eager to go, I can’t wait to get in and restart the season with Exeter.”
