Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa is a sought after player in Serie A. Alfredo Pedulla reports that Fiorentina have accepted Juventus’ proposal for a loan deal which would include an obligation to buy at the end of the season. Andrea Pirlo is supposedly keen to wrap up the deal amidst interest from AC Milan.
The sticking point in this deal is that Juventus need to sell the likes of Douglas Costa.

Deal Falling Into Place
Alfredo Pedulla tweeted an update to the move:
#Chiesa: the #Fiorentina accepted the proposal #Juve on a very expensive loan and a right FEE which in practice is an obligation, very deferred payment. Now the #Juve is dedicated to redundancies (Translated from the Italian)
Federico Follows in Enrico’s Footsteps
The 22-year-old winger has scored one goal and notched one assist in his first two Serie A matches this season. This adds to his solid record for Viola which includes 34 goals and 25 assists over 152 appearances.
Federico is the son of Enrico Chiesa and is beginning to follow in his father’s footsteps with 19 caps for Italy already.
He is capable of playing across the front three, including as a striker. Although, he tends to drift into space in the channels, before cutting in his with pace and direct play. Thus, he is an exciting player who can beat defenders with his quick feet and impressive skills.
As his record shows, he is competent at scoring goals but also setting them up for his team-mates. He already has a good amount of Serie A experience which is why clubs such as Juventus are after this player.
