However, wins need to keep on coming if Barnsley are to pull off the great escape. Their home form has been relatively stable since Struber took over. Millwall will certainly give Barnsley a stern examination with the Lions also needing the coveted three points.
The loss of the home crowd will see Barnsley take time to adjust but a win is imperative to their hopes of survival. Victory could see Barnsley move to within just one point of safety.

This is a key game for Millwall and defeat could see their chances of a top-six finish end. Their performances have been good away from The Den with Millwall taking a far more direct approach. Matt Smith is likely to be given the starting birth upfront.

Barnsley collected a terrific win at The Den back in December. Patrick Schmidt notched a 94th-minute winner for the Tykes after Millwall thought they had taken a point. Aiden O’Brien equalised with five minutes of the game remaining but it wasn’t enough.

This is an important game for both sides for different reasons. Barnsley need the points to avoid the drop. Millwall need the points to maintain a playoff push.
