The Arsenal Transfercast returns with episode five in which our terrific trio asks the question; how does the footballing world resume life after Coronavirus?
As always, the show will centre around Arsenal transfer rumours, but in part two the panel delves deep into the bigger picture of what the player’s agreement to a wage cut means for the future of the club.

The Way Forward
The Arsenal Transfercast features three dedicated gooners. Martin Hawkins serves as department Arsenal content manager and has been at Last Word since January 2018.
Zach Rayment is not only a writer for the site but also produces the Footy A Deaux podcast alongside his brother. Finally, Chance Haire is the youngest podcast panelist, however, he makes up for that with plenty of insight into the beautiful game.
The show begins, as always, with a discussion of the three hottest transfer rumours around Arsenal.
This week, all three rumours feature clubs from France. We begin at Stade Reims where their 22-year-old central defender Axel Disasi will not sign a new contract. His current deal ends in 2021 and Arsenal, alongside a few other Premier League clubs, are linked with a £15 million move for the player.
Paris Saint-Germain features heavily in the remaining two rumours. First, the Gunners feature in conflicting reports around Layvin Kurzawa. One claims Arsenal are close to signing the left-back on a free, while another tells us he will sign a new contract in Paris.
Part one wraps up with a discussion over Julian Draxler. The midfielder is perennially linked with a move to Arsenal and this season is no different. With the German’s contract running out in just over one year’s time, both the Gunners and Hertha Berlin are reportedly keeping tabs on the player.
Meanwhile, the second half of the show features in-depth discussion over Coronavirus’ long-term impact on the Premier League and Arsenal as a club.
