Charlton Athletic manager Lee Bowyer is at risk of losing ten players this summer with their contract all due to run out.
The Championship outfit, who sit 22nd and two points from safety, have had a season of turmoil following promotion from League One last time out. The Addicks have had backroom staff riffs, takeover talks and now a potential key core of players leaving.

Up to ten Could Leave
Charlton have just nine games to keep their Championship status alive. Lee Bowyer will need his key players to rediscover their form but, unfortunately for him, they may end up elsewhere next season.
Goals are something the Addicks have found hard to come by this season. Top scorer Lyle Taylor has scored 11 this season after the forward netted 25 to help gain promoting last time out. However, the 30-year-old has rejected a new deal and the former AFC Wimbledon man will be off in the summer unless something changes quickly.
Fellow striker Tomer Hemed, who signed a one year deal in the summer, has failed to open his Addicks account in 14 appearances. Another player that signed a one year deal last summer was Jonathan Williams. The Welshman has made 20 appearances this season, providing five assists, but the 26-year-old may want to explore his options in the summer.
Also in midfield are Jake Forster-Caskey and Albie Morgan. 25-year-old Forster-Caskey, who has spent three and a half years at The Valley, has only made eight appearances this season, while Morgan, who is 20-years-old, has made 14. The youngster may be offered a new deal with regular game time on the cards, but that could depend on which division the Addicks are in.
Contract Issues in Defence
In defence, two club veterans will see their contracts expire this summer. Naby Sarr, who was a key figure as Charlton secured promotion last season, has made over 100 appearances for the club since joining in 2015. However, the Senegalese, who has scored three and assisted five from 25 games, could leave in the summer, leaving Bowyer with a big gap to fill.
The other defender who could leave in the summer is right-back, Chris Solly. The 29-year-old has only ever played for Charlton and has surpassed 300 appearances for the club. Despite that, the club captains contract expires this summer.
28-year-old right-back Adam Matthews, and 23-year-old left-back Lewis Page are also at risk of leaving in the summer. Matthews, who signed a one year deal from Sunderland in the summer, has played 21 times this season, while Page hasn’t played as a result of numerous injuries since October 2018.
Finally, 30-year-old goalkeeper Ben Amos could leave this summer. The former Manchester United man has fallen down the pecking order at the Valley and will likely seek a move elsewhere.
