Premier League sides Manchester United and Arsenal have found out who they will be facing in the 2019/20 UEFA Europa League Group Stage. They will battle it out alongside 46 other teams for a place in the final in May.
UEFA Europa League Group Stage Draw
Manchester United
Manchester United were the last side out of Pot One and were dealt a long trip to Kazakhstan to face FC Astana. It will be the first time in their history that they face Astana when the two sides meet.
Alongside the Kazakhstan side, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side will face trips to Serbia and Holland to face Partizan Belgrade and AZ Alkmaar retrospectively.
Arsenal
Arsenal were dealt a kind draw travel wise as they face trips to Germany, Belgium and Portugal. They face last seasons quarter finalist’s Eintracht Frankfurt in Group F, as well as Standard Liege and Portuguese side Vitoria.
The Gunners will be hoping to go one better this season, as they finished runners-up in the competition last season.
Wolverhampton Wanders
After negotiating the qualifying rounds, Wolverhampton Wanderers earned their place in the group stage thanks to goals from Raul Jimenez and Leander Dendoncker. They will face Besiktas, Braga and Slovakian champions Slovan Bratislava.
