According to Simon Stone of BBC Sport, Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho has agreed a new deal with the German side. The 19-year-old’s new deal is reportedly worth a staggering £190,000 a week.

Jadon Sancho – Career So Far
The 19-year-old moved to Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2017, after rejecting the chance to remain in the Manchester City first team under Pep Guardiola. During his first season with the club he made 12 appearances, scoring just once.
However, it was last season that Jadon Sancho made a name for himself. He made a total of 41 first-team appearances in all competitions, scoring a total of 13 goals and also registering 15 assists.
Sancho’s impressive performances earned him his first call-up to the England national team at the start of the 2018/19 season. Later in the season, he made his full England debut, and now has a total of six caps for Gareth Southgate’s side.
Sancho has started the 2019/20 campaign in similar fashion. He has two goals from three games and scored during Dortmund’s 5-1 win over Ausburg.
Fending Off Interest?
Due to his impressive form, Sancho has attracted interest from a number of clubs across Europe, most noticeably Manchester United. Lloyd Johnson of the Daily Express writes that the Red Devils were keen to sign the 19-year-old during the summer transfer window.
As a result, Borussia Dortmund have tied Jadon Sancho down to a new long-term deal. Dortmund manager Lucien Favre is keen to keep his star player at the club for as long as possible.
However, if Sancho continues his sensational form up, then he may not remain with the Bundesliga side for much longer. His former side Manchester City have a buy-back option on the 19-year-old, according to Stuart Brennan of the Manchester Evening News. As a result, they may look to re-sign Sancho.
