Transfer Round-Up – Arsenal

Arsenal have continued to add to their squad with the arrival of Nicolas Pepe for a club-record figure.

The 24-year-old had an impressive season last year as he carried Lille to second place in Ligue 1. He scored 22 goals – only beaten by Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe – and also registered 11 assists for his teammates.

He is the fourth arrival at The Emirates this summer, joining Dani Ceballos, Gabriel Martinelli and William Saliba as the new arrivals.

Two Departures From Lille as Rafael Leao Heads To AC Milan

Another of Lille’s star players has departed this summer. Forward Rafael Leao has left the club to join Serie A giants AC Milan.

The 20-year-old scored eight goals during his 24 appearances last season.

He will face stern competition for his place in the AC Milan. They are already blessed with Krzysztof Piatek and Andre Silva in attack.

Aston Villa Continue To Add To Their Squad

Aston Villa have added two further additions to their squad after an already busy window. The Villains have confirmed the signings of Tom Heaton and Marvelous Nakamba.

Goalkeeper Heaton has arrived for a fee in the region of £8 million from fellow Premier League side Burnley. Last season he made 19 appearances, conceding 27 times.

Marvelous Nakamba arrives at Villa Park from Club Brugge for an undisclosed fee. Speaking to Aston Villa TV upon his arrival, he said: “For me to be here, I feel fantastic. I feel happy and I feel happy to be here.”

Bournemouth Turn To Belgium For Latest Signing

Bournemouth are the latest club to turn to Belgium for their latest signing. They have completed the signing of Arnaut Danjuma from Club Brugge. The fee is around £13.7m for the winger, according to the BBC.

Danjuma featured in the Champions League twice last season, scoring against Atletico Madrid.

He is the fourth arrival at the Vitality Stadium this summer, following the signings of Llylod Kelly, Jack Stacey and Philip Billing.
