2023 UEFA Champions League Futures Odds
Manchester City +170 | Bayern Munich +600 | PSG +750 | Liverpool +800
City is favored for good reason. However, that “good reason” doesn’t include a previous Champions League title. Erling Haaland may be able to change that. He already has 21 Premier League goals (27 total) and is capable of carrying his side all the way to a title.
Bayern sits atop the German Bundesliga – their apparent birthright. They’ll present a formidable opponent for Manchester City, as will the talented squads of PSG (Lionel Messi, Neymar) and Liverpool (Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez).
Real Madrid +1100 | Napoli +1200 | Chelsea +1400 | Tottenham +1600
It’s difficult to find reasons to bet against Real Madrid, the reigning Champions League winners and La Liga co-leaders. Karim Benzema and Vinicius Junior form a dynamic attacking duo while Luka Modric continues to operate as their midfield maestro.
Napoli leads the Italian Serie A by eight points. Striker Victor Osimhen paces his side with 10 goals. He also added a pair of assists for good measure. Both Chelsea and Tottenham know a thing or two about advancing deep into Champions League play. They’re drawing longer odds now, but that doesn’t mean they can’t get hot at the right time.
Benfica +1800 | Inter Milan +3500 | AC Milan +5000 | Dortmund +5000
Don’t sleep on Portuguese clubs. If the top sides in Portugal are intimidated by Europe’s club powers, they don’t show it. Benfica paces the domestic top flight, led by 21-year-old forward Goncalo Ramos – you may remember his World Cup hat trick.
One team we’re not bullish on making a Cinderella-like run deep into the spring is Dortmund. As much talent as they cycle through their program, they always seem to find a way to trip themselves before reaching the finish line. Their odds paint them as the second best German side in the competition, but perhaps an argument can be made that they’re the fourth.
RB Leipzig +8000 | Porto +8000 | Frankfurt +10000 | Club Brugge +15000
RB Leipzig is a club in a constant state of flirtation with the next tier of club football. They feature top class talent, including forward Christopher Nkunku (17 goals across all competitions) and midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai (12 assists). It’s not just attacking talent either. Central defender Josko Gvardiol is among the most sought after players in Europe.
Porto is Portuguese side that Inter Milan can’t afford to take lightly in their Round of 16 tie. Iranian Mehdi Taremi is the straw that stirs the drink. He has 21 goal contributions (14 goals) across all competitions.
