Joel Embiid Over 41.5 Points + Rebounds

There are reasons to like the Over here from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective. His usage and shot volume were through the roof in Games 4-5 – he also earned 26 attempts from the stripe.

From an intangible perspective, it’s reasonable to anticipate a juiced Philly crowd and focused Sixers squad. If the Sixers close the series on their home floor – Game 6 odds still favor the Celtics – it will be on the back of the MVP.

Jayson Tatum Over 15.5 Assists + Rebounds

The Celtics haven’t looked like themselves over stretches of the first two rounds. But it isn’t due to a lack of production from Tatum, who is averaging 29.0-12.7-5.3 with 1.7 steals and blocks apiece over his last three.

High-stakes road contests are tough settings for role players, but Tatum’s veteran supporting cast should be up for the moment. Look for Tatum to continue cleaning the glass at a high rate as well. It’s difficult to envision Tatum not logging 40-plus minutes with the Celtics’ season on the brink.

Devin Booker Over 31.5 Points

Booker shot 65.3% from the field in the five contests preceding his struggles in Game 5. He still had stretches throughout Tuesday night where he looked like the guy who couldn’t miss. Playing at home will provide a setting for him to return to a high level of play.

Bettors can expect 40-plus minutes with perhaps 25-plus shot attempts in a win-or-stay-home situation. He continues to shoot well from distance and get to the line. Kevin Durant’s presence won’t allow the Nuggets to key on Booker the way teams normally would.

Nikola Jokic Over 22.5 Assists + Rebounds

Jokic is simply an unstoppable force this series, averaging 35.0-13.8-10.0 across five games. He posted game scores of 42.4 and 33.6 in Phoenix, so returning to the desert is unlikely to phase him.

The Suns’ Deandre Ayton and Jock Landale haven’t offered much resistance, a particularly troubling trend in the former’s case. Jokic was in store for an even larger output of rebounds (13) and assists (12) in the Nuggets’ Game 5 blowout. A closer contest will provide Jokic with more time to matriculate his way to an Over.
