The 2024 Addidas Next Generation Tournament concluded Sunday night. Real Madrid’s U18 squad eked out an 85-84 victory over PFBB INSEP Paris 85-84 in overtime to win the ANGT championship. Real’s Ismailia Diagne hit two free throws with 12 seconds left in extra time.
Egor Demin, a 2025 NBA draft prospect, led Real Madrid with 26 points on 9 of 22 shooting, including 3 of 10 from the 3-point line and 5 of 6 from the free-throw line. Demin added 11 rebounds, six assists, three steals, and two blocks.
Hugo Gonzalez, another 2025 NBA prospect, contributed 23 points on 7 of 17 shooting from the floor, including 2 of 6 from the 3-point line and 7 of 8 from the charity stripe for Real Madrid in the finals. Gonzalez also produced six assists, five steals, and a blocked shot.
Meanwhile, Nolan Traore , France’s top 2025 NBA prospect, finished with 18 points on 6 of 19 shootings, including missing all five of his 3-point attempts, for PFBB INSEP Paris. Traore added four rebounds and five assists, though he also committed five turnovers.
Real Madrid went 4-0 in the tournament, while PFBB INSEP Paris with a 3-1 record.
However, Demin, Traore, and Gonzalez aren’t the only two NBA or college prospects to show up; several others turned in strong performances.

Top Performers
Hugo Gonzalez, Real Madrid
Gonzalez, rated as the NBA fifth-best prospect in 2025 by ESPN’s Jonathan Givony, was named the AGNT MVP. The 6-7 wing averaged 17.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 3.3 steals, and 2.0 blocks over the four games in Belgrade. He compiled a shooting line of .407/.250/.750.
Gonzalez produced one double-double and reached double-figures in scoring, topping the 20-point mark twice. Gonzalez is expected to remain at Real Madrid next season. He appeared in 16 games this past season for Real’s top team.
Egor Demin, Real Madrid
Demin has some options for next season. The 6-8 Russian combo guard has drawn significant interest from colleges, particularly BYU, which recently offered him, and could head to the US or stay at Real Madrid. He has also drawn interest from Illinois and Arkansas.
Demin considered one of the top international prospects in the 2025 draft, compiled 18.0 points on .406/.143/.810 shooting in four appearances. Demin also averaged 9.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.7 steals, 1.2 blocks and 3.7 turnovers. He produced two double-doubles and scored in double-figures in all four contests.
Nolan Traore, PFBB INSEP Paris
Traore is projected as a lottery pick in next year’s draft due to an impressive performance at the Nike Hoop Summit earlier this year. He appeared in seven games for Saint-Quentin BB in the French Pro A league and will likely remain there this upcoming season.
Traore averaged 24.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 1.5 steals, and 3.7 turnovers in four games. Traore shot .516/.316/.806 from the field. He scored in double-figures in all four games, topping the 20-point mark twice and setting an ANGT record of 45 points against Barcelona in the last match of group play.
Kasparas Jakucionis, FC Barcelona
Kasparas Jakucionis is heavily pursued by four colleges: Illinois, BYU, Florida, and Wake Forest. He could also return to Barca, for whom he played four games this season.
Jakucionis averaged 19.0 points with a shooting slash line of .366/.238/.880j in nearly 29 minutes a game. Jakucionis produced 4.6 rebounds, 12.6 assists, 3.6 steals, and 3.6 turnovers. He scored in double-figures twice, tallying 31 points in Barca’s last game of the tournament, and produced double-digit assists twice, including setting an ANGT record with 17 dimes in Game 1.
Jack Kayil, Mega MIS Belgrad
Jack Kayil is an 18-year-old 6-3 German point guard who is a 2025 NBA draft prospect. His immediate future is unclear, however.
Kayil averaged 13.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 8.0 assists, 2.7 steals, and 3.3 turnovers in three tournament games. Kayil also compiled a shooting slash line .314/.235/.789. He tallied double-figures twice and nine assists on two occasions.
Parker Robinson, Overtime Elite
Parker Robinson is a 2026 prospect from Olney, Maryland. The 6-2 combo guard has been given a four-star recruiting rating by ESPN and is being pursued by several high-major programs. He holds six offers from West Virginia, Providence, Illinois, Towson, East Carolina, and Old Dominion.
Syracuse is also reportedly interested in Robinson, though no offer has been made yet. Parker attended the Orange’s Elite camp last year. Many more schools are expected to be interested in him soon, as programs can talk to rising high school juniors at the start of June.
Robinson tallied 20.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.7 turnovers in three contests. Robinson shot 60.6% from the field, 59.1% from the field and 81.8% from the charity stripe. He scored in double-figures in all three games, topping the 20-point twice.
