J.J. Redick certainly seems to be a believer in The Process.

J.J. Redick Agrees to One-Year Contract With Philadelphia 76ers
Redick’s contract will take him through the end of the 2018 season.
Redick averaged 15.0 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game last season for the Los Angeles Clippers. One of the greatest strengths of Redick is availability, as he started 78 games for the Clippers last season. He does a great job of moving without the ball and coming off screens to get the open shot. He can also occasionally go off the dribble and finish at the rim. Once again, Redick was one of the best three-point shooters last season, shooting 42.9 percent from that range. It is a drop off from 47.5 percent the season before, though.
Looking forward, Redick will provide leadership as a veteran and knockdown shooter starting at shooting guard for Philadelphia. He has reached the NBA Finals before, which is big in terms of experience. The Sixers will need Redick to knock down shots consistently in order to help contend for a playoff spot in the 2017-18 season. Yes, with a much improved Sixers squad and a depleted Eastern Conference, Philly has a legitimate shot at the playoffs. Adding Redick’s veteran presence and shooting to the young core of Joel Embiid, Dario Saric, Robert Covington, Ben Simmons, and Markelle Fultz seems to be a perfect fit.
Redick is going into his 11th season in the league, during which he’ll be 33 years old, which is why it is a bit surprising he didn’t try to get a multi-year deal. He has played for the Orlando Magic, Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers after being drafted 11th overall by the Magic in 2006.
