Five Players the Thunder Could Move at the Trade Deadline

2. Cason Wallace

Another player struggling as of late, Cason Wallace, was a huge revelation in the 2025 playoffs. This season, however, has been quite a struggle for him as he’s yet to showcase a consistent game where he’s managed to play his cards well. Sure, he’s still one of the league leaders in steals, but injuries and dry spells really hurt his case for the rotation. That being said, he’s still a reliable defender who is grinding out on the court and playing like it’s a one-point game. As the only alternate point guard to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, you need more of a playmaker who can play both ways.

3. Jaylin Williams

While he’s been extremely reliable for the Thunder, Jaylin Williams has made himself known well this season. With multiple injuries among big men in the rotation, J-Will’s confidence to play more minutes has been worth watching. Heading into the trade deadline, OKC needs a big man who could complement well with Chet Holmgren on the five. Williams and a few picks could turn a lot of heads and help bring Oklahoma City a fine scoring big.
