The National Arena League (NAL) released their awards for the 2018 season throughout this past week. They started on Thursday with the First and Second Team All-NAL Defense; then moved to First and Second Team All-NAL Offense on Friday; then finally releasing their yearly awards today.
LWOS did their own version of the NAL Awards and were very close on the results.

The Columbus Lions took home nine All-NAL awards and 11 total awards, including Offensive Player of the Year and Offensive Rookie Player of the Year.
The Carolina Cobras took home eight All-NAL Awards, but didn’t have any league awards.
Jacksonville had six All-NAL player awards and seven additional league awards, such as Defensive Player of the Year, Most Improved Player, Assistant Coach of the Year, Best Fans, Best Game Operations, Best Dance Team, and Best Media Relations.
Massachusetts Pirates had seven All-NAL players and three additional league awards. They have the NAL’s MVP, Coach of the Year, and Mascot of the Year.
The Maine Mammoths had three All-NAL players and two more league awards. They earned the Best Franchise award and Rob Storm earned Executive of the Year award.
Last, but definitely not least, the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks had one All-NAL player and received Best Community Relations and Best Medical Staff award.
The Carolina Cobras will host the Columbus Lions on Monday, August 27 at 7:00 pm (E.T.) at the Greensboro Coliseum. This is the National Arena Bowl and the winner will take home the championship trophy and will be the champions for the 2018 season.
