The Executive Director of Sales, Marketing, and Communication of FIFA 2022, Hassan Rabia Al Kuwari confirmed the new phase of ticket sales. According to Al Kuwari, the final phase starts on Tuesday, 5 July 2022 at 12:00 PM noon AST. It will run till Tuesday, 16 August 2022 at 12:00 PM noon AST.

The FIFA official also confirmed that the tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis . One fan can buy a maximum of 6 tickets per match, and a maximum of 60 tickets for the tournament. Fans will also need the Hayya card to attend the event. Hayya Card Required for World Cup 2022

This year, Qatar added Hayya cards as a mandatory requirement for every World Cup 2022 visitor. The Hayya card is a digital permit. Applying for it won’t cost any money. Instead, it comes with extra benefits. On match days, fans will get free transport using the Hayya cards to attend matches. Additionally, it will work as an access permit in stadiums, hotels, and various tourist destinations during the event.
