It was a fantastic week for college basketball, with the first swing of early season tournaments coming to a close. Harvard was taken down as the first ranked team to lose this season (Holy Cross won 58-57.) West Virginia upset #17 UCONN to win the Puerto Rico Tip-Off behind Jawan Staten’s 15.8 PPG average. Gonzaga had themselves a great week, knocking off previously ranked SMU on the road to a 4-0 start.
Five committed members of the LWOS Basketball Department gather their rankings to compile these. Please give a hand to Connor Ferguson, Tracy Price, Nathan Smith, Drew Thompson, and Bay VanHouten.
Without further ado, we give you the LWOS Top 25 for Week Two of the 2014-15 NCAA Division 1 Men’s College Basketball season.
