Last Word SC MLS Pick 'Em 2017 - Week 13

It is with a great deal of sadness that Last Word SC MLS Pick ‘Em will be going on without three writers. Noah, Joe G, and Joe H have taken their talents elsewhere, and we wish them all the best in their next endeavor. However, the show must go on and there are now eight of us vying for the title of “best MLS game-picker person of 2017.”

Week 13 starts off with a rare Thursday night treat as the suddenly searing hot Chicago Fire host FC Dallas. A day later, Columbus Crew SC and Toronto FC meet north of the border for the third and final time in 2017. Saturday’s loaded slate of games include a Cascadia clash between Seattle and Portland along with a Cali Clasico between San Jose and LA. Finally, two games are on the docket for Sunday with Atlanta United hosting New York City FC and FC Dallas and Houston dueling for in-state bragging rights.

The Chicago-Columbus rivalry extends to our Pick ‘Em contest as John and Robert finished tops in week 12, with both going .500. They’re also tied for the overall lead as well. Obviously there’s plenty to play for as the month of May wraps up.
