News From the Show
Chris Sabin Makes History
After a brutal match with Trey Miguel, Chris Sabin held the X-Division Title over his head for the ninth time. This is a new record for the belt. Sabin hit many callback moves as a tribute to X-Division greats like Christopher Daniels, and Aj Styles. Trey did use spray paint to blind Sabin as he has on many others, but it was not enough to keep Sabin down.
Scott D’Amore Returns
Scott D’Amore has not been seen since he was put through a flaming table by Bully Ray at Under Siege. During the 8:4:1 match, Bully Ray grabbed a chair, and D’Amore came out of nowhere to take it from him, and return the favor for putting him through the table with a chair shot.
Alex Shelley Wins The Big One
After years of helping others grow their careers, being a key part of the X-Division, and one-half of the legendary tag team The Motor City Machine Guns, Shelley adds World Championship gold to his resume. This capped off the Motor City Machine Guns double victory in championship matches at Against All Odds.
