Maki Itoh returns to the AEW ring teaming with underrated Emi Sakura against Nyla Rose and Marina Shafir. Jay Lethal and Satnam Singh look to build momentum against Joe Alonzo and GPA. Konosuke Takeshita vs. Ari Daivari
Konosuke Takeshita returns to the AEW ring, and he does so with a massive wave of momentum. Getting the “All Elite” treatment would be enough to give anyone momentum, but it’s doubled for Takeshita as he has not lost in an AEW ring since challenging Claudio Castagnoli for the ROH World Championship back in August.
This spells trouble for his opponent Ari Daivari, who has struggled to put two wins together even with forming his own faction in the Trustbusters. Anyone in the group could interfere and help Daivari pull off the upset, but I don’t see that happening. With Takeshita’s momentum and Daivari not having put together back-to-back wins since August, it’s an easy pick. Still, this will be a fun night of action, so tune in!
