Fighting Fear Itself

Penta El Zero Miedo has the chance of a lifetime to be the head honcho of AEW and to add more gold to his ever-growing collection. The man with zero fear takes on Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship this Wednesday on Dynamite. Mox was unsatisfied regarding the fashion he retained the world title last week.

In an interview from AEW’s spiritual home Daily’s Place, Moxley said he fully intended to march into the head office of AEW management and demand a challenger for this week’s show. The champion stated that he was unhappy, and wants to immediately pick up where he left off. Enter: one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions, Penta El Zero Miedo.

Penta is a former AEW World Tag Team Champion, and currently holds the AEW World Trios Championship alongside Death Triangle members PAC and Rey Fenix. Not to mention, Penta is one of the most imposing and feared competitors AEW has to offer. If Jon Moxley wants a fight, he’s got it. On Twitter, Tony Khan himself made the match official; on AEW Dynamite, it will be Jon Moxley taking on Penta El Zero Miedo for the gold.

AEW fans have yet to see these two lock up in the squared circle. Not only are we getting an AEW World Title match but a full-blown dream clash! It’s Mox vs. Penta this Wednesday night on Dynamite!

The Return of Riho

The first-ever AEW Women’s World Champion, Riho, made her triumphant return on last week’s Tuesday night AEW Dynamite. The excellent match between AEW Interim Women’s World Champion Toni Storm and Hikaru Shida was spoiled when, after the match, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.Jamie Hayter, and Rebel came out to wreak havoc. Saraya came out and warded off the doctor as they brawled their way backstage.

Hayter and Rebel would carry on the attack, as the beaten down twosome of Storm and Shida were too spent to defend themselves. Fortunately, Riho hit the ring and chased away the wolves from doing further damage. It seems like Baker’s camp took exception to the fact, and this Wednesday night, Hayter wants to take care of business as she faces Riho. Will Riho notch a win in her in-ring return? Or will Jamie Hayter show the former champion why you don’t mess with “The Assassin?”
