Frankie Kazarian will make his way back to the IMPACT Zone next week on IMPACT on AXS TV. He was challenged by IMPACT Wrestling’s Chris Sabin to a match next week.

Sabin laid out the challenge to Kazarian due to the 20th anniversary of IMPACT Wrestling being this year. The two faced off early in IMPACT’s history and Sabin alluded to their matches during a backstage segment with Gia Miller. A video of a nontitle match when Sabin was X-Divison champion during the “Asylum” days of IMPACT against Kazarian aired following the backstage segment.
Kazarian is now part of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) but did briefly return to IMPACT last year. During the IMPACT and AEW crossover last summer, Kazarian returned to IMPACT as “The Elite Hunter” to attack Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers. He teamed with Eddie Edwards and Sami Callihan in a tag team match against the Elite in which Kazarian and company were victorious.
Kazarian was part of IMPACT, then known as TNA Wrestling from 2003-2005 and from 2006-2014. During his time with TNA he won the X-Division Championship five times. He was also a three-time TNA Tag Division Champion. We will see if this is a one-off appearance in IMPACT for Frankie Kazarian or if more appearances are in the future for Kazarian back in an IMPACT ring.
