AEW Rampage Spoilers & Results (5/20/22) – Former NXT Star Debuts

This week’s episode of Rampage was taped after the Wild Card Wednesday edition of AEW Dynamite. The action-packed episode featured the debut of Johnny Elite and popular Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling star Maki Itoh returning to AEW. Rampage featured the continuation of the Owen Hart women’s bracket and even featured the debut of a former NXT tag team champion. Let’s take a look at the AEW Rampage spoilers for this week.

AEW Rampage Spoilers for May 20, 2022

House of Black vs Fuego Del Sol, 10 & Evil Uno

House of Black (Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews & Brody King) defeated Fuego Del Sol and the Dark Order. After the match Death Triangle were out and revealed a tombstone with the House of Black’s name on it.

 Shawn Spears vs Big Damo

Shawn Speares defeated Big Damo (fka Killian Dain). Afterwards, Spears cut a promo ahead of his match with Wardlow.

Owen Hart Tournament – Kris Statlander vs Red Velvet

Kris Statlander defeated Red Velvet to advance in the tournament. Post-match, Jade Cargill and Kiera Hogan attacked Statlander, Ruby Soho attempted to make the save from the commentary desk but was held off by Cargill. Finally, Anna Jay came out to even the odds and run off The Baddies with help from Smart Mark’s crutch.

TNT Title

Men of The Year are out to cut a promo, to the shock of everyone reading Sammy Guevara interfered to ask for a match (no word on if this was accepted), Frankie Kazarian also made his way out.

Blackpool Combat Club vs Dante Martin & Matt Sydal

Bryan Danielson & Jon Moxley defeated Dante Martin & Matt Sydal. Willliam Regal and Jake Hager were on commentary for the match.
