Alexa Bliss made her in-ring return on this week’s WWE Monday Night Raw. She had not been seen on WWE programming since Elimination Chamber this past February. On this evening, she was one of the final two participants in the Women’s Elimination Chamber contest, losing to eventual winner Bianca Belair. Bliss returned on Raw, facing WWE Official Sonya Deville. Prior to this, fellow WWE Official Adam Pearce announced that, due to unprofessional conduct, her contract as an official was terminated, though her contract as an in-ring talent remained intact. Pearce then introduced the returning Bliss, who sported an aesthetic that looked like a cross between her “Goddess” and “Alexa’s Playground” personas. Bliss would pick up the victory within moments following a Twisted Bliss.

Alexa Bliss Makes WWE Raw Return
What to Know Following Monday Night Raw Return
As mentioned earlier, this match marked Alexa Bliss’s first WWE match since Elimination Chamber. Prior to her Raw return, Bliss had been absent from WWE programming, even after the Elimination Chamber event. Despite appearing in a prominent women’s match, it seemed like there was no follow-up in regard to potential storylines. Bliss spoke candidly about her absence from programming, claiming she was, “ready to go since before Saudi Arabia.” Fightful also reported that she was unhappy with creative, vocalizing her displeasure directly to Vince McMahon.
