The special St. Patrick’s Day Slam edition of AEW Dynamite was one for the record books. “The Alamo City” witnessed one heck of a show, and at the end of the night, saw San Antonio’s own Thunder Rosa become the new AEW Women’s World Champion. However, the week is still not over, as we preview another exciting edition of AEW Rampage.
Two former friends turned bitter enemies battle it out in a grudge match. Plus, AEW’s resident daredevil will wage war against the AFO’s demented monster. The newly-minted Andrade Family Office seemingly refuses to leave Darby Allin alone. What started as a simple business offer turned into something much more sinsiter. Once Andrade El Idolo and the AFO decided they would not need the services of Matt Hardy any longer and put the beatdown on the Tag Team legend, “The Icon” Sting and Darby could not just sit silently and instead joined the scuffle, which saw Jeff Hardy make his AEW debut.
On the latest edition of AEW Dynamite, The Hardys reunited and debuted as a tag team in AEW where they won a heated battle against Private Party. However, the night wasn’t quite over. As the AFO made their presence felt, so did Darby and Sting. Andrade’s faction and the duo of Sting and Darby Allin continue to cross paths time and time again. As the pot continues to stir, it seems like the war is just getting started. But, for now, Darby is focused on one thing; slaying The Butcher this Friday night on Rampage.

A Legit Battle
Red Velvet laid down the gauntlet for this Friday night as she challenges her former friend “Legit” Leyla Hirsch. As of late, AEW fans have witnessed this change in the attitude of Hirsch. Leyla has been mercilessly beating her opponents down every chance she could like a woman possessed; that includes her former tag team partner Kris Statlander and the woman she’s going to be facing this Friday night.
Red Velvet looks to exact some revenge and make Leyla Hirsch pay for her sins this Friday night on Rampage. However, Velvet better tread carefully, as Leyla Hirsch isn’t called “Legit” for nothing. Will Red Velvet finally get her measure of payback? Or will Leyla Hirsch do what she does best; make people submit?
