The return happened just after Moose retained his title against Heath in the main event. Shortly after the match finished, Alexander came through the crowd and jumped Moose. He grabbed a microphone and explained his return to IMPACT.
Alexander had been sent home by Scott D’amore prior to No Surrender so he could get his emotions in check. Alexander also mentioned on Twitter that his work visa was up and he was no longer able to work in the United States. He announced tonight that he visited the Anthem office and sorted out a multi-year deal with IMPACT during his time away. He pulled another contract out of his pocket that is for the main event of Rebellion where he will get a shot at revenge against Moose.
Alexander won the IMPACT World Title at Bound for Glory in 2021. The title reign was short lived as Moose cashed in his “Call Your Shot Gauntlet” trophy that he had won earlier in the night. Moose quickly speared and pinned Alexander for the title just after Alexander had won it.
Now Alexander will get his chance at Rebellion to regain the IMPACT World Title and get revenge on Moose.
