IMPACT Wrestling returns to IMPACT Plus and IMPACT Unltiamte Insiders on March 5th for Sacrifice 2022. The IMPACT World Championship will be on the line as Moose takes on Heath in the main event. The fight between Honor No More and Team IMPACT continues, and Violent by Design looks to win the IMPACT Tag Team Championships for a second time. IMPACT Tag Team Titles
Jay White shocked the world when he turned on Guerrillas of Destiny at No Surrender. He aligned himself with the current IMPACT Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers at G.O.D’s expense. Prior to this, The Good Brothers had a working relationship with Violent by Design. VBD wanted Jay White to make good on The Good Brothers deal with them a couple of weeks ago on IMPACT, and give them the Tag Team Championship shot they were promised. White refused a brawl broke out between Bullet Club, VBD, and G.O.D. Now VBD will get their title shot and a chance at payback against The Good Brothers at Sacrifice 2022.
IMPACT vs. Honor No More
Eddie Edwards made headlines when he turned on Team IMPACT and joined Honor No More at No Surrender. He explained his reasoning a couple of weeks ago on IMPACT. Edwards felt betrayed by IMPACT when Kenny Omega challenged for and won the IMPACT World Title. Edwards waited for his chance to represent IMPACT and get a shot at the title. When that never came he became fed up and joined Honor No More. Now he will stand toe to toe with one of the men he betrayed at No Surrender, Rhino. Rhino would love nothing more than to beat Edwards and get some payback for Team IMPACT. Will he be able to do so? Or will Honor No More steal another victory?
Sacrifice 2022 Main Event: Moose vs. Heath
IMPACT World Champion Moose has largely stayed out of the feud between Honor No More and IMPACT. Heath has taken issue with Moose not taking charge and representing Team IMPACT in this feud. Heath made his frustrations known shortly after No Surrender. Moose made the confrontation personal by mentioning Heath’s family. After a brawl broke out, Scott D’Amore granted Heath a shot at Moose and the IMPACT World Title. Heath has a chance to take the title from Moose, get some payback for his family, and cement his spot in the feud against Honor No More. This all goes down in the main event of Sacrifice 2022.
