The second match of this year’s WWE Elimination Chamber event determined a new number one contender for the Raw Women’s Championship. This bout was the 2022 Women’s Elimination Chamber Match, which featured Bianca Belair, Doudrop, Rhea Ripley, Nikki A.S.H., Liv Morgan, and making her in-ring return, Alexa Bliss. This was a competitive battle that saw the WWE Superstars involve use the chamber as both a means of traversal and a way to deliver punishment. Ultimately, it was Belair that was left standing, winning the Women’s Elimination Chamber Match and going on to challenge the Raw Women’s Champion at WrestleMania 38.
With the 4 other participants out, Bianca Belair and Alexa Bliss were the final two competitors in the Elimination Chamber. Belair missed a 450 splash attempt in the ring, which allowed Bliss to shift the match in her favor. The two traded moves from there, but following a K.O.D., Belair was able to secure the pinfall victory, guaranteeing her a Raw women’s title match at WrestleMania 38. Keep in mind that, later in the Elimination Chamber event, Becky Lynch will defend the Raw Women’s Championship against Lita.
