New Japan Pro Wrestling returns this weekend with NJPW STRONG New Beginning USA Night 2. Three matches are lined up including a big tag team main event. You can catch all of the action this Saturday at 8pm EST on NJPW World or FITE TV. Let’s see what NJPW STRONG has in store for us this weekend.

NJPW STRONG: New Beginning USA Night 2 Full Card
Cody Chhun vs. Hikuleo
The first match of the night will see Cody Chhun take on Bullet Club’s Hikuleo. Although this will be Chhun’s first time in a STRONG ring he is no stranger to Seattle. As a regular at DEFY Wrestling, the crowd should be familiar with his work. The last time Hikuleo stepped inside a STRONG ring he and Chris Bey picked up a victory over Jordan Clearwater and Keita Murray. Hikuleo spent some time in IMPACT Wrestling in 2021 but had trouble picking up victories. He is looking to leave that in the rear view and continue is momentum in a STRONG ring this week at New Beginning USA Night 2.
Ren Narita vs. Josh Barnett
Ren Narita is coming off of the biggest match of his career at Wrestle Kingdom 16. He welcomed the legend Katsuyori Shibata back to Wrestle Kingdom for only his second match since his injury in 2017. Narita put up a valiant fight in the Tokyo Dome but in the end Shibata picked up the win. Narita is looking to shake the loss off and focus on his opponent for this week Josh Barnett. Barnett’s last match in a STRONG ring resulted in him defeating Alex Coughlin. That was only the second match in a NJPW ring for Barnett since 2004. Barnett will rely on his veteran experience when he takes on the young and hungry Narita.
FinJuice (Juice Robinson & David Finlay) vs. Bad Dude Tito and JONAH
JONAH made his debut in NJPW back at Battle of the Valley. He made his debut following Juice Robinson losing to Moose. While Robinson was recovering from the match, JONAH stared down Moose before beating down an already hurting Robinson. Dave Finlay made his way to ring to try and help his tag partner but JONAH quickly took him down as well. Bad Dude Tito debuted on STRONG in December of 2021 and was defeated by Robinson. After the match, Tito held Robinson by his ankle as JONAH made his way to the ring. Finlay was able to intervene this time before too much damage could be delt. Now FinJuice has a chance to get revenge in the tag team main event of NJPW New Beginning USA Night 2.
