Big Kon Makes IMPACT Wrestling Debut

Josh Alexander came to the ring to talk about the upcoming tag match at No Surrender. Alexander was scheduled to be part of Team IMPACT as they go against Honor No More, a group of former Ring of Honor wrestlers. Alexander made it clear that the IMPACT World Title is still on his mind as he has unfinished business with Moose. He then issued an open challenge which was answered by Big Kon who made his way into the IMPACT Zone for the first time. The challenge was short-lived, as Alexander quickly made Big Kon tap from an ankle lock.

Konnor is best known for his time as part of The Ascension with Victor. They won the NXT Tag Team Titles once during their run with the company. The duo finished up their time in NXT in December of 2014 before making their way to the main roster. They returned to NXT sporadically in 2015 and 2016 for a few matches. The duo was released by WWE in December of 2019. Since leaving WWE, Big Kon has made appearances for a variety of independent wrestling promotions. Time will tell if we see more of Big Kon in the IMPACT Zone.
