The Righteous ended the reign of Shane Taylor Promotions who held the titles for the majority of 2021. They defeated MexiSquad in February of 2021 to win the titles. The team of O’Shay Edwards, Moses, and Kaun represented STP as Shane Taylor will be in a Fight Without Honor against Kenny King later tonight. STP successfully defended their titles against La Faccion Ingobernable, Primal Fear, MexiSquad, and others during their reign.
The Righteous will be the final ROH World Six-Man Tag Champions in this iteration of Ring of Honor. This is the first Ring of Honor title for Dutch who debuted earlier this year. This is also the first ROH Title for Bateman. This is the fourth reign as Six-Man Tag Champion for Vincent. His previous reigns were with Matt Taven and TK O’Ryan as part of The Kingdom. The Kingdom were the inaugural champions when the belts were introduced in 2016. Final Battle is just beginning, and the night promises to be a historic one for ROH.
