Moose defeated Juice Robinson in singles action tonight. After Moose picked up the victory, Jonah’s name appeared on the screen and he made his way to the ring. The two stared each other down for a few seconds before Moose backed away and exited the ring. Jonah then attacked Juice Robinson who was laying on the mat, still recovering from his match with Moose.
Robinson’s tag team partner David Finlay who competed earlier in the night made his way to the ring. Jonah attacked him as well, standing tall in the ring. Jonah then grabbed the microphone to address the crowd.
The crowd was excited to hear Jonah speak in an NJPW ring for the first time. Jonah’s promo was short but his actions immediately established him in the NJPW landscape. We will see what is next for Jonah in NJPW.
During his time in NXT Jonah captured the North American Championship once. He was released from his WWE contract in August of this year.
