Rocky Romero appeared in IMPACT Wrestling at Bound for Glory. He entered the Call Your Shot Gauntlet in the number two position.

Chris Sabin entered the match first. As he waited for his opponent for the first two minutes of the match, Rocky Romero’s music hit and he made his way to the ring. Romero competed in the match for a few minutes before he was tossed over the top rope and eliminated. Although his time in the match was relatively short, the live IMPACT crowd enjoyed seeing him and Sabin square off for a couple of minutes.
IMPACT has featured multiple talents from New Japan Pro Wrestling as of late. Some familiar faces the IMPACT crowds have seen include El Phantasmo, Juice Robinson, David Finlay, Hikuleo, and Jay White. This means we may not have seen the last of Romero in an IMPACT Wrestling ring.
The winner of the gauntlet will be able to call their shot for an IMPACT title shot at any time they choose. 20 wrestlers will enter the match, only one will walk out with a guaranteed title shot.
