The Foundation announced some major shifts this morning regarding Josh Woods and Jonathan Gresham. Quinn McKay interviewed the new Pure Champion Josh Woods about his reign as champion. Gresham entered the scene with some groundbreaking news.

Gresham explained to Woods how he thought about being dethroned as champion every day. Now that he is no longer the Pure Champion he wants to chase the World Title. Gresham informed McKay, Woods, and the ROH fans that he has requested to transfer to the World Title division leaving the Pure division behind. He then turned his attention to Josh Woods. Gresham said that The Foundation still needs numbers. He extended his hand to Josh Woods offering him a spot in The Foundation. Woods shook his hand making his entrance into The Foundation official.
Woods captured the title from Gresham at Death Before Dishonor after the match was restarted following a double pin. Gresham held the title since it was reinstated last year. Gresham won the Pure Title Tournament and the Pure Title in the process. Now that Josh Woods is officially a member of the Foundation, Gresham will turn his attention fully to the ROH World Title, currently held by Bandido. Woods now enters himself into the faction warfare landscape between The Foundation, LFI, VLNCE UNLTD, and Shane Taylor Promotions.
