AEW Dark Preview (09/07/21) – Evil Uno vs. Alan “5” Angels, Diamante vs. Swole in a 3 Strikes Match

AEW Dark presents a loaded card this week with a “3 Strikes” match between Diamante and Big Swole, Evil Uno answering the challenge of Alan “5” Angels, The Acclaimed back in action, the return of Lee Moriarty, and more! Here’s a preview of the announced matches for AEW Dark:

Evil Uno vs. Alan “5” Angels on AEW Dark

Tension has been brewing within The Dark Order for the past several weeks. Evil Uno has tried to step in as the group’s leader since they parted ways with “Hangman” Adam Page, but with little success. On the August 22 edition of AEW Dark: Elevation, a miscommunication between Uno and Alan “5” Angels led to Angels taking the pin in a six man tag that pitted them and Colt Cabana against Death Triangle (PAC, Rey Fenix and Penta El Zero Miedo). Then last night on Dark: Elevation, Angels challenged Uno to a one-on-match, which will take place tonight on AEW Dark!

Diamante vs. Big Swole in a 3 Strikes Match on Dark

The feud between Diamante and Big Swole has been building ever since Diamante used the ropes to get the win over Swole during a match on Dark back in July. The latest chapter in their rivalry came during the August 29 episode of Dark: Elevation, which saw Diamante and Nyla Rose get the win over Swole and Julia Hart. Now the two are facing off on AEW Dark in a “3 Strikes” match, where the first fall is determined by pinfall, the second by submission, and the final fall by knockout.
