WWE Superstar Mansoor Signed to Monday Night RAW

WWE Superstar Mansoor

Eva Marie wasn’t the only surprise to be seen on Monday Night RAW. During tonight’s show, WWE Superstar Mansoor, known for his work on Main Event and 205 Live, was seen backstage with company official Adam Pearce. Mansoor would then sign a RAW contract, establishing himself as a WWE Superstar on the red brand. Following this, the United States Champion, Sheamus, interrupted. He would then go on to mock Mansoor before challenging him to a match later on in the night.

WWE Superstar Mansoor first began appearing for the company in 2018. He appeared during that year’s Greatest Royal Rumble event alongside other Saudi Arabia recruits. The following September, he would begin working live events and dark matches for NXT. His televised NXT debut took place in January of 2019, where he lost to current fellow RAW Superstar Jaxson Ryker. In June, at WWE’s Super ShowDown event, Mansoor competed in a 51-man battle royal, last eliminating Elias to win the match. This marked the first major victory of Mansoor’s young WWE career.

Until recently, Mansoor has been a prominent fixture on Main Event, and more importantly, 205 Live. During this time, he has developed a considerable winning streak, defeating the likes of August Grey, Angel Garza, Akira Tozawa, and Drew Gulak. For fans that regularly follow these events, this has been one of the key storylines being played out.
