Matt Cardona to Make Warrior Wrestling Debut

Former WWE wrestler Matt Cardona is set to make his Warrior Wrestling debut. His first appearance for the promotion is set for night one of the Stadium Series on June 5th in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Cardona has worked for both AEW and IMPACT Wrestling since his departure from WWE in April 2020. His opponent has not been announced but other wrestlers announced for the card include; Trey Miguel, Lee MoriartyBeast ManBrian CageSam Adonis, Brian Pillman Jr., Robert Anthony, Frank the Clown, Kongo Kong, Aramis, Arez, WARHORSE, and Jake Something.

Warrior Wrestling will be running three shows this summer on the campus of Marian Catholic High School. All shows will be held outdoors with social distancing and COVID-19 safety protocols in place. The first show will take place on June 5th. The next two shows will be held on July 17th, and a TBA August date. The June 5th show will also feature the return of Warrior Wrestling Women’s Champion Kylie Rae to the ring.

Tickets to see Matt Cardona appear at Warrior Wrestling in person are on sale now for the June 5th show, as well as a season pass good for admittance to all three shows. You can also catch up on all things Warrior Wrestling on their FITE channel.
