#AEWWomensTournament I won 🏆
Thank you so much for your support 😊✨I was at the mercy of Nayirah's non-standard power, but everyone's cheers and feelings of not giving up led me to the victory! ️

Ryo Mizunami won the Japanese bracket to make it to the grand finale. In the first round, she defeated fan favourite Maki Itoh in a hard-fought contest. She then defeated pro wrestling legend Aja Kong in the semi-final of the bracket, this was Mizunami’s first singles win over Kong in her 16-year career. In the finals of the Japanese bracket Mizunamie defeated former Toyko Joshi Pro Wrestling Princess Of Princess Champion Yuka Sakazaki. Rose on the other hand came through the US bracket and handily defeated Tay Conti in the first round. In her two remaining matches, she defeated two of AEW’s best as she beat Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa to make her way to the finals of the tournament. The former world champion Rose was on the warpath throughout the tournament.
Following this gruelling tournament AEW’s women’s division now has a top contender as Mizunami seems primed to give Shida the toughest contest of her reign to date.
