A report from Alex McCarthy of TalkSport states that Millie McKenzie is WWE bound and will join the NXT UK brand. The rising young star caused some raised eyebrows recently when she closed her independent merch store and now it would seem she shut it as she is headed to the WWE

The young star seemed to be WWE bound a few years ago when she began competing on NXT UK in 2018 but she decided not to sign with the company and instead went on to have a run on the indies and in Japan as part of the Medusa Complex alongside Charli Evans. During her 2019 stay in Sendai Girls she won the promotions Junior Championship from Ayame Sasamura before dropping it to veteran Command Bolshoi.
This wasn’t her last taste of gold in Japan as she and Evans would win the Sendai Girls tag team championships before dropping them at Sendai UK. The Medusa Complex also won, and still holds, the EVE Tag Team Championships, one of four championships McKenzie currently holds.
Ever since her debut in 2015 Millie McKenzie has been hailed as the future of women’s wrestling. She immediately got booked by most of the top promotions in the UK and Europe. Her run in 2019 and 2020 in the Medusa Complex saw her become the full package and she is now ready to take on all comers in the growing NXT UK Women’s division which recently added the legendary Meiko Satomura to its ranks.
