If there’s a theme that can be attributed to this upcoming episode of ChocoPro, it would be overcoming one’s fears. On this episode, Mei Suruga, one half of the Asia Dream Tag Team Champions, Best Bros, will take on the stoic, hard-hitting Hagane Shinnou. Will “Mei-chan” be able to overcome the man that has become something of a looming threat in Gatoh Move Pro Wrestling? Take a look at the action to come on episode eighty!

Yuna Mizumori and Emi Sakura vs. Chie Koishikawa and Baliyan Akki
This episode of ChocoPro will feature a tag team match with unique contrasts. On one side of Ichigaya Chocolate Square will stand the duo of Yuna Mizumori and Emi Sakura, who share a story dating back all the way to season one of ChocoPro. Their animosity was so palpable, in fact, that it resulted in a few heated matched over the course of the show. Since then, things have smoothed things out between Mizumori and Sakura, even self-christening themselves “Beauty As Is.” Will they be able to keep their goodwill intact as they take on a team boasting energy and confidence alike?
This past December, Chie Koishikawa made her Korakuen Hall debut for a Michinoku Pro Wrestling event. During said event, she teamed with Akki to face Sakura and Mei Suruga, collectively known as Apple Queens. Despite coming up short in this encounter, Koishikawa made a big impression with “Too Much Energy” to spare. Now, Koishikawa and Akki will reunite. Koishikawa seems to have luck on her side, given that she will be working alongside one half of the Asia Dream Tag Team Champions. Will this be enough to take them to victory or will Mizumori and Sakura pick up a shared win?
Great teamwork from @Mei_gtmv and @baliyanxakki! #ChocoPro #gtmv

Mei Suruga vs. Hagane Shinnou
Hagane Shinnou has a demeanor that can best be described as “ice cold.” While not villainous, per se, Shinnou’s lack of expression and enthusiasm has made him a stark contrast to the rest of Gatoh Move. This cool disposition extends beyond the way he carries himself, though, specifically in regard to his wrestling style. His kicks have become known as lethal weapons in ChocoPro, with wrestlers often being more cautious when approaching Shinnou. No one has felt this fear more than Mei Suruga.
On episode seventy-eight of ChocoPro, Suruga and Baliyan Akki took on the duo of Shinnou and Chie Koishikawa. Best Bros were able to overcome their challengers, but during the match, Suruga was apprehensive about facing Shinnou. The situation could be described as uncertain at best and terrifying at worst. “Mei-chan” knew just how lethal Shinnou’s strikes were. As a result, it could be argued she was off her game. However, on this upcoming episode, Suruga will have to face her fears.
A victory over Shinnou would be monumental for Suruga. Keep in mind that the former has seldom lost in ChocoPro, which is evidence of his dominance in Gatoh Move. For Suruga, a victory would be beneficial in numerous ways. Not only would it help her momentum, in addition to the upward trajectory of Best Bros, but it would help Suruga’s confidence, knowing that she toppled a giant like David standing tall over Goliath.
