AEW DARK Becomes Bear Country?
One of the hottest new acts on AEW DARK is the team known as Bear Country. Bear Bounder and Bear Bronson made their first appearance on the show last week, taking on The Dark Order’s Stu Grayson and Evil Uno in a losing effort. Despite this, Bear Country had a solid showing, combining power with shocking agility. On this week’s episode of DARK, Bear Country returns to take on the established Jurassic Express. Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus have been on AEW DARK for several weeks, and with a win over this up-and-coming tandem, they will climb that much higher toward the AEW World Tag Team Championship.

The AEW DARK Debut of Madi Wrenkowski
This week’s episode of AEW DARK will see the debut of independent wrestler Madi Wrenkowski. This Texas native made her professional debut in late 2019, training at the Hybrid School of Wrestling. Since then, “Miss Reality” has worked for numerous organizations, including Mission Pro Wrestling. To say that this episode of AEW DARK will be a test would be an understatement, as she faces “Legit” Leyla Hirsch, an AEW talent that lives up to her moniker. Hirsch will not make this match easy for the upstart, but if Wrenkowski can pull out a win, it may prove to be the biggest in her young yet promising career.

Serena Deeb in The Waiting Room
In recent weeks, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. has made former NWA Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa her target, even attacking her backstage. Given the fact that Rosa will be on this week’s episode of AEW DARK, it may behoove Baker to keep an eye out while hosting The Waiting Room. On this edition of said show, she will be speaking with current NWA Women’s World Titleholder, Serena Deeb. Since winning the title in question, Deeb has been on an incredible hot streak, picking up dominant wins on AEW programming. Baker is all about expanding her resume, however, so don’t be surprised to see her challenge Deeb, even if she has to, once again, use “Reba” to make this come true.
