Preview: AEW Dynamite – Full Gear Go-Home Show (11/4/20)

AEW Dynamite

AEW Full Gear is right around the corner. With just one month of 2020 left, AEW will put out all the stops to make this another Pay-Per-View to remember. Tonight’s AEW is the go home show with plenty of appetizers. Scorpio Sky takes on Shawn Spears. Cody joins forces with new Nightmare Family members: Billy and Austin Gunn to wrestle Colt Cabana, John Silver, and 10. PAC makes a long awaited return. Miro will look for revenge against Trent?. Nyla Rose will likely squash Red Velvet. And Finally, Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston will come face to face before their heated battle this Saturday. Chris Jericho will also be on commentary as things shift into high gear on AEW Dynamite.

PAC Breaks His Silence

The Bastard from Newcastle makes his long awaited return to AEW Dynamite. After months of silence, due to the pandemic rendering international travel restrictive, PAC will make his voice heard. One of AEW’s most technically gifted wrestlers, The Man That Gravity Forgot is ready to return. When we last saw the Bastard, he formed the Death Triangle alliance with the Lucha Bros. Now that PAC has been stuck in England, the masked brothers joined forces with Eddie Kingston, The Butcher, and The Blade. What will PAC have to say and how angry will he be when he says it? Find out tonight.

Miro vs Trent?

AEW Dynamite

After Trent crashed into Kip Sabian’s arcade, the unlikley duo of Kip and Miro have targeted the Best Friends. Miro will make his first singles match in AEW against another former WWE wrestler. Trent and Chuckie T have been solid, reliable workers that have put on spectacular tag team matches on Dynamite. Miro and Kip are looking to make a name for themselves in the tag division. Miro has been sporadic since his debut over a month ago. How will Miro fare against one of AEW’s most underrated wrestlers?

Scorpio Sky vs Shawn Spears (Edit: Match Cancelled)

The Standout of SCU will fight “The Chairman” Shawn Spears in singles action. Spears has been jealous of Sky’s successes in AEW and wants to make a name for himself. Last week, Spears won a quick squash match before being attacked by Sky. The two will look to settle their differences on TNT.

Edit: At 4:25 PM AEW sent out the tweet below saying the match has been postponed for a later date:

MJF and Wardlow vs Sammy Guevara and Ortiz

AEW Dynamite

This Saturday, MJF will face Chris Jericho where if MJF wins he will join the Inner Circle. While Jericho has been entertaining Maxwell, Sammy and Ortiz aren’t having it. Even if MJF wins on Saturday, it looks like he won’t be making friends overnight. This tag match tonight will be filled with three people who are currently having tensions with the self-proclaimed “Salt of the Earth.” Wardlow is becoming fed up with MJF’s attitude after last week’s demeaning attitude towards him. Can MJF and Wardlow coexist? Will Matt Hardy make an appearance for his upcoming match against Guevara for this Saturday?

Nyla Rose vs Red Velvet

In case anyone forgot, which is understandable considering AEW’s booking of the women’s division, Nyla Rose is challenging Hikaru Shida for the AEW Women’s Title at Full Gear. Tonight, the “Native Beast” will face the current tag partner of Brandi Rhodes, Ms. Red Velvet. This could be an opportunity for Red Velvet to break out on her first televised appearance. Nyla Rose hasn’t wrestled since October 13th of AEW Dark where Vickie Guerrero proclaimed Nyla would not fight until she received her rematch. Shida and Rose had a standout match at Double Or Nothing in which Shida emerged as the new champion. Nyla will want to reclaim her title this Saturday as the problems with the AEW Women’s Division continue.

Cody and Gunn Club vs Dark Order

It was revealed over Twitter that the Gunn Club and Lee Johnson would now be affiliated with the Nightmare Family. With the Dark Order amassing a strong number of followers to Mr. Brodie Lee’s cult, Cody and his family are going to need all the help they can get. Cody will team up with his newest allies before facing Darby Allin at Full Gear. The Dark Order will look to do everything they can for revenge against the Nightmare Family. Could this eventually set up AEW’s Blood N Guts Match?

Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston Come Face to Face

AEW Dynamite

While the art of the promo is lost in WWE, it is fully formed in AEW. The two best speakers and brawlers in All Elite Wrestling come face to face before their battle this Saturday. On the September 23rd episode of Dynamite, Kingston challenged Moxley for the World Title and lost by passing out. The man who never tapped, pinned, or eliminated for the Casino Battle Royal is making the Death Rider’s life a living hell. Kingston claims that Moxley has gotten soft, that he isn’t a killer anymore. The two best promos in all of AEW will put on a war of the words that is must-see on AEW Dynamite.

New Match For Tonight: Young Bucks vs Private Party

Just announced for tonight, The Young Bucks will renew their “friendly” rivalry against Private Party. On the second episode of Dynamite, Private Party scored an upset win over the bucks in the AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament. A couple of weeks ago, the Young Bucks won a fatal four way match, by pinning Isiah Kassidy, to win a title match at Full Gear against FTR. These two teams are clear fixtures in the stacked tag division and fans are in for a treat.
