Joey Ryan’s Penis Party, a show brought as part of the Wrestlecon showcase, is one that aims to combine good wrestling with a hefty amount of adult humor. Adding to the previous announcement that Colt Cabana would be at the show as well as Priscella Kelly taking on Danhausen and RJ City vs. Effy, this week, Joey Ryan added four more names to the list. Here’s a little on each of them as well as some more detail on Cabana’s inclusion.
Filthy Tom Lawlor
Major League Wrestling (MLW)‘s own Filthy Tom Lawlor is a big name to come to the Wrestlecon showcase. Lawlor is a former champion across multiple promotions. He also brings with him an MMA background. An oddly serious name when compared to the other names that have been announced. Though with a nickname like Filthy there’s no telling what Lawlor will have up his sleeve when the penis party arrives.
Colt Cabana
Colt Cabana has been a staple of the indie scene for years now. And he is a perfect fit for a show like this. Such a good fit, in fact, he was at the first Penis Party taking part in a six-man tag match with Mike Babchik and Tommy Dreamer to defeat The Best Friends and Matt Striker. He’s been seen in various promotions such as Ring of Honor, New Japan Pro Wrestling, and National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) in various roles.
Grado
Grado is a name that caught the world by storm thanks to his work in Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW). With his charismatic entrance and comedic timing, he managed to get the attention of IMPACT Wrestling at one point. But recently he’s been quiet in the United States. Penis Party will be the first time since 2018 that he’ll be wrestling on US soil. It will be a good time to see Grado once again, and perhaps this time it will be lead to bigger and better things stateside for him.
Team Tremendous
Officer Dan Barry and Detective Bill Carr are returning to Penis Party. Last year they faced each other in a deathmatch. This year they’re announced as a team. This team has taken on many top teams today that you’ll find in major companies. And currently, they are faces to be seen more often than not in Beyond Wrestling, though admittedly there, they come with a bit of a darker edge than what you might expect in the above advertisement.
Gisele Shaw
Gisele Shaw is a talent who has mainly been seen around the United Kingdom scene lately, most notably being part of a three-way tag match defending the EVE Tag Team Titles in a losing effort at Pro Wrestling EVE’s Wrestle Queendom. A Lance Storm trainee, she hasn’t been active long. This makes her a young up and comer. And this is a large stage for her to make her mark and draw eyes to her. So keep an eye out for what she puts forward at Joey Ryan’s Penis Party.
