According to Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports, Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins will not face charges, as the prosecution has not moved forward with his case for alleged battery and domestic violence. Judkins, a second-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, is the lone unsigned player from the rookie class.

Report: Browns Quinshon Judkins Will Not Face Charges
Quinshon Judkins will not face legal repercussions for whatever may or may not have happened in early July, but that doesn’t mean he won’t face league discipline. The NFL’s burden of proof is substantially lower than the United States Justice System, and there is a chance he could face a suspension.
Even with that possibility, it should be a matter of time before Quinshon Judkins signs his contract with the Cleveland Browns. For the first time ever, early second-round picks are receiving fully guaranteed contracts, and Cleveland didn’t want to give out that type of deal without resolving his legal issues.
Quinshon Judkins joins a wide-open backfield and should compete for touches right out of the gate. Veteran Jerome Ford is an adequate short-term option, and fourth-round pick Dylan Sampson has drawn strong praise throughout the offseason, but the Ohio State product is still the favorite to lead this team in touches and rushing yards by the end of the season. Perhaps he’ll need some time to adjust to life in the NFL, but he should become the top option by Week 8 at the absolute latest.
