The Baltimore Ravens Are the Most Dangerous Team in the NFL

The Baltimore Ravens are the most dangerous team in the NFL. Boasting an 11-5 record, Baltimore is slightly ahead of the Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) for first place in the AFC North. The Steelers were playing well, but have lost their last three consecutive games. Baltimore began the season 0-2, losing the season opener to the Kansas City Chiefs, followed by a shocking loss to the struggling Las Vegas Raiders. Since then, Baltimore has only lost three games.

The Ravens offense is on a hot streak. In four of the last five games, Baltimore has scored 30 points or more. The offense is playing at a high level going into the postseason and many players have met expectations. Since the addition of running back Derrick Henry, the Ravens’ rushing attack has been unstoppable. Lamar Jackson is a strong MVP candidate, and Henry has made a case for Offensive Player of the Year. Baltimore has two potential award winners in the backfield, and the defense is playing better every week. The sky is the limit for this Ravens team as they look to make a Super Bowl run.

Baltimore Ravens Are the Most Dangerous Team in the League

Super Bowl Material

The Ravens are looking like Super Bowl contenders. The offense and defense are clicking at a high level, and the team is playing with confidence. On the offensive side of the ball, Lamar Jackson is leading the team in a big way. Jackson is once again on everyone’s radar for league MVP and is playing the best of any quarterback in the NFL this season. The defense is playing well as a collective while safety Kyle Hamilton is breaking into stardom.

Running back Derrick Henry has been a welcome addition to the Ravens offense. Henry is consistently a top-five running back in the league, but he’s never played with the top-five quarterback until now. When Henry and Jackson first paired, everyone knew the potential was limitless. Shockingly, the duo has played even better than predicted. Teams have no idea what to do against Baltimore’s offense. When teams stack the box, Henry breaks one tackle and runs free down the sideline. When teams give cushion, Jackson surgically picks them apart with his legs and much-improved accuracy. Jackson and Henry have both been named to the Pro Bowl roster this season and are the scariest tandem in the league.

Baltimore’s Defensive Stalwart

Kyle Hamilton is a second-year player who plays like someone with experience. He has a nose for the ball and brings a feeling of nostalgia with the way he approaches the game. Hamilton’s hard-nosed play style is in line with former hard-hitting Ravens such as Ed Reed. Hamilton has been flying across the field, covering every inch of grass at light speed. He’s big for his position, making him as versatile as they come, and can line up in the box and force pressure or he can play in coverage. Most importantly, Hamilton takes pride in wearing black and purple, and it’s evident he’s becoming the leader of Baltimore’s defense.
