As a new week begins, it’s the perfect time to capitalize on favorable situations and make a smart trade. Here is the Buy Sell Report for Week 4 of the Fantasy Football Season.

Fantasy Football Week 4 Buy Sell

Buy Tony Pollard

Pollard had a disappointing Week 3, having just six carries for 14 yards. He added three catches for 15 yards. However, Tyjae Spears only had two carries as the backup. The Titans were down big early, so they had to throw the ball all day. Next week, the Titans host the Dolphins in what should be a better game script for running the ball. Pollard is still the leadback for the Titans, and he will have better games ahead. See if you can buy low on Pollard after his poor Week 3 performance.

Buy Zay Flowers

Flowers was quiet in Week 3, totaling three catches for 20 yards on four targets. The Ravens were up 28-6 early in this one, and Lamar Jackson only threw the ball 15 times. In games where the Ravens are up big, this will happen. The next two games for the Ravens are against the Bills and the Bengals. Both games should be closer, and Jackson will have to throw more. Flowers had double-digit targets in each of the first two games and should see that number again in better matchups.

Buy Rico Dowdle

Dowdle and the Cowboys run game struggled in Week 3 against the Ravens, but they were down big early. Dowdle had eight carries for 32 yards and three catches for 24 yards. Ezekiel Elliott only had three carries for six yards. Dowdle has taken over as the RB1 on the team and will get more carries moving forward. The Cowboys have played in two blowouts in the last two weeks. They will have better game scripts ahead starting next week against the Giants. Buy Dowdle before he has his breakout game.

Sell Amari Cooper

Cooper broke out in Week 3, finishing with 27.6 fantasy points. He had seven receptions for 86 yards and two receiving touchdowns. However, Cooper only had 7.7 total fantasy points in the first two weeks. He had five catches on 17 targets before this game. Against the Giants, he had seven catches on 12 targets. Quarterback Deshaun Watson continues to struggle as he is completing less than 60% of his passes. The offensive line is also awful, giving up eight sacks to the Giants. Sell Cooper now after his great game when his value is high.

Sell Javonte Williams

Williams has lost his role as the starter in the Broncos offense. He had five carries for 12 yards in Week 3. He added four receptions for 29 receiving yards but lost a fumble. Tyler Badie had nine carries for 70 yards, and Jaleel McLaughlin had five carries and the rushing touchdown. Even with Audric Estime hurt, Williams still could not get a majority of the carries. Sean Payton loves to use multiple running backs. Williams will not get enough touches to be consistent every week. It is time to trade him away before things get worse.
